About Sasha

Hi, I’m Sasha Joseph, PMHNP-BC, and I’m passionate about helping women find peace and stability in their mental health. I understand the unique challenges that come with womanhood—from the pressures of high achievement to the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood, hormone imbalances, and life’s transitions.

I provide authentic, non-judgmental, evidence-based services. Each visit focuses on combining psychotherapy with medication, supplements, and other holistic-functional approaches to improve patient symptoms/outcomes.
